Introduction

This certificate has been designed to enable participants to successfully start and run retail businesses. In Pakistan according to SBP and FBR data, there are over 2 million retails outlets and shops (Dukan) in Pakistan. Still, the demand for the retails sector is growing. Keeping in view this huge demand we have decided to train future shopkeepers through this certificate program. We will train participants through practical examples in the very relevant areas of Dukan operations like inventory management, merchandising, customer management, finance, and marketing.
